Our learning environments are thoughtfully designed to inspire inquiry and socialization among our children. There are many opportunities for our children to learn and to explore various indoor and outdoor settings. Our inclusive practices honour children of all abilities, respecting them all as strong and capable members of our program and society. Our staff are highly trained and participate in continued professional development to stay current on trends and best practices in the Early Learning field. Kathy RickettEdmonton Northwest Daycare Kathy has worked in childcare for over 40 years. She is passionate about building relationships with children and families. She is a lifelong learner, keep abreast of the latest developmental research. She loves sharing her knowledge with the staff at the Early Learning Childcare Center, as well as the adult Early Childhood Educators she teaches at CDI College. |
